  • Cancellation Policy


    Refund of registration fee will be as follows:
    • Cancellation received until and including July 16, 2024 - full refund minus €60 administrative fees
    • Cancellation received between July 17 and August 16 (included) 2024 – minus 50%
    • From August 17, 2024 – no refund will be made

    The Organizing Committee is not responsible for double registrations. In these cases, the cancellation policy will be applied.
